“Outstanding! I needed my ROLEX serviced. The clasp needed to be tightened he fixed that while I was standing there at no charge. I was getting moisture in the watch. I left it with him and he called with an estimate of $900. They have a certified Rolex tech on site. After replacing the crystal, servicing it and polishing it the total was only $600. A part they thought they would need they did not. I could not have been happier. I also needed my tennis bracelets checked (One diamond had come out) and a prong on my wedding ring fixed.He tightened up 2 tennis bracelets, one tennis necklace, fixed the prong on my platinum wedding ring, polished them up to look new and replaced the diamond (it was a small one) My total bill for all of that was $120. I live in Colleyville and yes I could have gone to Southlake to get this fixed but over the phone quotes were 2x this amount just to check the diamonds and have them polished- no servicing. Richard may be off the beaten path but he also doesn't have to charge an exorbitant amount to his customers to pay his rent. For great service at a more than reasonable amount go see Richard!
